Ingredients
6 Chicken wings ( serves 1 lollipops dozen )
Marination
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt as required
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Oil for deep frying
For batter
2 tbsp Red chilli pwd
1/2 cup Refined flour
2 tbsp Cornflour
Salt as required
1 no Whole egg
Water as required
Spring greens for garnishing
Aluminum foil
Schezwan sauce for serving

Method
- Chop the chicken winglet and separate the joints and run the knife to separte the bone and make sure to scrape the meat around the bone.
- Add the chicken into bowl then add soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper and salt and let ti rest for 30-45 minutes
- In a bowl add corn flour, refined flour, chilli powder, salt, one egg and whisk it properly and add water to make thick batter
- Heat the oil and now dip the lollipop into the batter and drop it into the oil
- Fry them until they cook well and now the starter chicken lollipop is ready to be served.
- Cover the bones with aluminum foil and garnish with some spring greens.
